The purpose is to educate parents and children about childhood obesity and offer healthy lifestyle alternatives, particularly in physical fitness and nutrition. Including free health screening. The event is designed to provide the young people of Saginaw County an introduction to the people, sports and physical activities that are offered by organizations in our community.

Whether it is participating, watching or supporting these activities, recreation, sports and fitness enthusiasts will find something of interest at this new event.

The Children’s Sports & Fitness Expo feature commercial exhibits, interactive activities, demonstrations, clinics, seminar, product/services sales, and a rising athlete to meet with the youth, sign autographs and to be available for photos.
